Kiley will inspire and motivate you as she leads the class through her own combination of cardio, body weight strength, yoga and Pilates elements to help you be in great physical and cardio health. She is always changing it up so it never gets dull. Her enthusiasm is infectious! Modifications are provided to fit any fitness level. (No daycare is available, however, attendees may bring babies and preschoolers and they can run around the room and run out their energy at the same time. Win-win!) It’s the perfect class for young moms who want to work out and connect with other young moms. Grandmas also welcome! 10 classes for $35!!

Instructor Jackie will lead the fun and motivate and inspire you. Workout can be tailored for beginners and advanced trainers. (Sorry – no child care available. )
