Ballet is a wonderful foundation for dance and life! Ballet teaches discipline, grace and fluidity. Ballet enhances coordination, muscle tone and flexibility. Athletes, especially, benefit from knowing and practicing ballet basics for greater agility. For dancers who are only interested in ballet, we have classes for every level. All of our ballet classes, except Ballet Babies, will perform in our winter ballet show.
